How many of you have had braces (retainers or train tracks), I have the blocks in at the moment and getting the wires put in on Wednesday, any ideas as to food without loads of sugar and chocolate in them? I have had retainers in Year 2 - Year 3 and in Year 7 - Year 10. I'm finding it really difficult to find low sugar food and drink and eating loads of chocolate makes me feel funny (might be because I know I shouldn't eat it). Thanks in advance!
By the way, if you know any food that fits the above description and could help me while I do exercise (more carbs than protein I need help with) then that would be a bonus!
