    yeah there are quite a few more than get the syllbulus oif the website

    briefly
    There are threee sections:

    Cold War - orgins/peace conferences/korea war/truman doctirne/cominform/ the arms race/the space race/the partial thaw/airlift/berlin wall/cuba/

    Peace tO War- Treaty of Versailles-attitudes of people terms etc, Leagur eof nations how it worked and its criss like manchurai and abyssinia, Italiangerman and Japanese Nationalisim, Hitlers foreign policy and Appeasement

    WW1-homefront/woman in the war/contribuation of bef/empire troops/

    thats not all the topics its just the ones i can remember good luck

    I just realise...you might be doing a diff aqa syllbulus to me

    I think he is because i have to learn about ww1, the league of nations, Hitler (1933-39), Cold War etc on paper 1!!!!

    I did this last year - if you have the textbook Modern World History (big, fat, 500 pages or so), you will know that there are a multitude of options. Afterall, the period does span from the beginnings of WW1 to the break up of the USSR and Gorbachev.
    Amongst the many options are:
    Depth study: can be USA/Britain/Germany/Russia

    Then there are loads of events (these are just the odd ones that I remember):
    WW1, WW2, Cuban Missile Crisis, Vietnam War etc etc etc
