I am currently living with my parents and do not have a job.
when I live at university next year by myself, will that mean when I apply for student finance I should say that I do not live with parents and have no household income?

If you are under 25 when you start the course, you can apply for non means tested funding which if tuition fee and maintenance loan only. If you wish to be means tested, you can apply for a maintenance grant also. This would be based on your parents household income, regardless if you live with them or not.
You may be entitled to a higher maintenance loan if not living with parents, on the application it will ask where you will live during the year- with parents or elsewhere.
