Basically, like many of us, I check UCAS every 1.5 seconds. I was just wondering that if there's an update, will I receive an email immediately or does it take some time to get the email?
    Thanks in advance

The usually send you an email a few minutes after, but it can be delayed by up to an hour from my experiences recently

What is going on is the entirely normal mismatch in time between one part of the process and another. It happens all the time. Check if there has been any change in the letter giving you details of an offer, if you already have one, just in case.

I got an email this morning at 10:30 but on my track it says there have been no updates since the 6th of November - does this mean I have another update that hasn't appeared on track yet?

Could mean that the email is the one from the 6th of November update that has been delayed, or it could mean that there is an update on its way. I'm afraid that Ucas communications are not an exact science.

Warwick emailed me twice telling me that I have an offer, they were a few days apart.

My track updated with an offer at 11:45 this morning and the UCAS email telling me that something has changed hasn't arrived yet. On my previous offer, the email was delayed by 45 minutes as well. So no, the emails are not immediate.
