Am considering going to Coventry Uni but I'm torn between there and another place, what are the pros and cons of going to Cov uni?

Pros, easy to commute to from Birmingham.

Cons, you'll struggle to gain employment when you graduate.

    It's quite simple.

I'm studying journalism for my first year at cov and I'm really enjoying the course so far. The lecturers know what they're talking about and there are a lot of opportunities to get experience in the field if you know where to look.

So what's it like in terms of opportunities for future jobs etc? Do you get any guest speakers?

I hate it tbh. The main reason is that I've ended up with flatmates that don't even speak to each other and I barely speak to anyone. The Uni itself is nice but the nightlife is **** and the city IMO is depressing.
