I don't remember doing anything strenuous yesterday apart from lifting medium-load bin bags into the car which was not THAT heavy and I felt fine. A few hours later my L arm started to ache if I lift it level to my shoulder it feels like I am constantly lifting dumbbells and not having a break! It blooming aches! The ache is kind of on the upper L side of my back between my back and shoulder blades (deltoideus) from what I've Google! What happened? When will this go? The ache goes down my arm sometimes as well :erm:

Ignoring the trolls, you've pulled a muscle in either your lats or shoulder itself, go to your doctor and they will give a sling and painkillers, try stretching it out too. It may take between 2-4 weeks to be fully healed
