Can someone give me some advice to turn this around? Or general advice on succeeding in final year

    Thanks guys

My advice is to just stick at it and do your best.

Speaking from experience, I did really well in my first 2 years, and even the 1st semesterr of the 3rd and final year. But I messed up my final semester, became slightly lazy and got distracted with other unimportant things, so my overall result doesn't reflect what could've been. If only I had just knuckled down for a few more week...
