Can somebody please tell me what the rhyme scheme, form and meter is for this poem, and what effect it has?
You'll have to make more effort at your homework than that. Can there possibly be a single English A-level student in the world that is incapable of identifying a rhyme scheme for themselves? That has to be the easiest question anyone could be asked about a poem, and is more appropriate to primary school level than to secondary school.
