    Hi
last year I applied for an English Lit degree. I got a place in exeter, missed my offer and so my place was moved to the cornwall campus. I persuaded them to let me defer and decide whether to go or not since it is such a big change of course, and because i was having doubts about english in general.

Since then suddenly had a free year. My neighbour said her friend had a space on an art foundation course she works at, and I signed up.

Now i'm a member of this higher education institute which has allowed me student cards and stuff, and they also decided to make us all make UCAS accounts since we're all supposed to be applying to do art degree for next year (i am not going to do an art degree. not a chance in hell, i am not having a good time)
i said i already had a place and already have a ucas account but they said make one anyway so i did and it let me

but ive heard that you cant hold multiple places so how would it work if i went through the whole uni process while already holding an offer? when would they find out? i dont know at what point they could possibly know since it might just be a coincidence that someone of the same name applied from a different educational institution

anyways, now theyre making me write an art personal statement which im not really into and for that reason (and a whole bunch of others eg realising its really not for me) im probably gonna drop out. so i guess ill never know what will happen first hand since i wont be a member of that college any more and so wouldnt be able to send an application through them even if i wanted to. so maybe its irrelevant, but im still curious as to know if i could actually go through with this if i wanted and potentionally hold two uni places or would something stop me?

You can only have one Ucas account in one cycle. Your details would be matched up when the second payment went through.
