    Sorry about the overdramatic title!

But I was just wondering, does anyone know roughly what the AQA grade boundaries would be for performance in music this year? I am currently in year 11, and have just played Blackbird by the beatles for my ensemble, in which I got 25/30. I know that last year this was an A, since it is what I got in my solo, but apparently it's a B now, so I was just wondering.

Also performance comes under unit 3, and when I look on the grade boundaries from previous years, there is only one number. Do they add the score of your solo and your ensemble together?

I'm 80% sure that grade boundaries are determined by how well all students did in the country on that particular exam, so grade boundaries for exams coming up in May 2016 aren't decided until everything has been marked. That's the impression I get. So if one year a particular mark gets you an A but the next year the same mark on an exam gets you a B, then I think it means that overall the second lot of students didn't do as well on average.

As for your second question, I don't do that qualification so I can't help you. Sorry.
Do I go to The Streets tomorrow night?
