employment law question
I currently work for a company and applied for a new job within In the same company, a colleague of mine also applied for this job and received his interview a week before mine was scheduled. I found out from my colleague that he had been offered the job before I even had my interview. Is this legal practise or should all interviews organised by done before a decision is made.
