    Hi everyone,

I've never been to England before and I just received my offer for graduate studies in Psychology at the University of Exeter and Leeds and I'm having a hard time deciding between the two.

Overall, in terms of placement, studies, and surrounding area, which school would you recommend? Any and all advice is welcome I'm from California.

    Thank you so much!

Leeds - city based Uni in the middle of the country with mixture of age/types of buildings. Leeds is middle-sized older Industrial/Victorian city : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leeds

Exeter - modern campus Uni on green-field site just outside Exeter which is a small historic coastal town in the west of England : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exeter

Both are VERY good British Unis so academically there is not much between them, but obviously you need to make sure the individual course is right for you. Location probably depends on if you are a party-animal (Leeds) or prefer a quieter Uni close to the sea (Exeter).

Look for the University Open Day films of each on You Tube - this will give you a good idea of what each Uni looks like.

Thank you so much! I'll definitely look into it. I also got accepted at University of Kent and Nottingham. How do those compare do you think?
