I need help quickly, because I need to sort this before I start failing, and two years is not enough time to be messing around XD
Last year, I had a lot of mental health problems because I couldn't find the balance between making time for my studies, and making time for myself. This year, I can feel that happening again already, and I need to cut that out right now. I am taking five AS levels (English, RE, Art, French & Welsh Bacc). Originally I intended to continue with these for the 2 years, but by the looks of things, I' going to have to drop a subject for A2, for my sanity's sake.
Whenever I have free time, I get so caught up in what I should study and how I'll study it that I barely get anything done, and I just go home and sleep rather than working, as I am exhausted all. the. time.

Any tips on how to get more motivated and get things done, while still having the merest semblance of a life?
