So I received an unconditional offer from the University of Birmingham last week which is amazing and have since put it as my firm choice. However now it says on my UCAS page "you have accepted one offer subject to conditions" when this should not be the case. The offer originally did apppear as a conditional, however underneath this it says the offer would be unconditional if I put the university as my firm which I have since done.

I was wondering if this is normal and will change on results day? Has anyone else experienced this? Should I contact UCAS or the university?

Please let me know. Thank you!

The conditions are usually that you take the exams you said you were and that you show your proof of qualifications. Until that's happened, it is likely to remain conditional, but contact Birmingham if you are worried.

I'm in the same situation - I believe it says this because the offer is only unconditional if it is your firm choice, it is conditional if it is your insurance. If it were unconditional regardless of whether you firmed it or used it as insurance, then it would appear as unconditional on UCAS.

    P.S. What subject? Mine's biology.

The uni have to make it unconditional. This may take a while as they will have other things to do. It will happen eventually.
