just wondering this because i am 30 and two i had one at 20 and one at 28 but i know some people who are 30 with zero

I'm 25 and so far so good. I don't have any fillings and my teeth are really white still (I only brush once a day, because clearly I don't need to brush more than that). My parents also have no fillings. They are 55 and 52.

I'm not sure why so many people have so many fillings tbh, is it a lack of calcium?!
