Please help me with Human Resources Management. watch

    I'm at University and for my HRM module i've been given an assignment in which i have to identify and analyse 2 major challenges in Recruitment, Selection and Retention that are faced or need to be addressed by the HRM Department. Only thing i can think is Finding the right employee a challenge? Help me please.

    Look in your lecture notes. They probably will have answered this before.

    Can u elaborate on what u mean by Mental Illness/Disability? And the challenge also needs to include Retention. Please help me.

    The EU open jobs market and increases in teleworking opportunities. Both of these have made if far easier for people to identify and move to different jobs, posing a retention challenge for many companies. Gone are the days when a graduate would stay with the same company for the full 40+ years. I stayed with my graduate scheme company for just under 5 years before moving.. and I was one of the last to go!
