I have a sore wrist after yesterday's gym workout, do I need hospital attention ? watch

    Hello

    I went the gym yesterday and did a strong workout on my arms and last night my left wrist was very sore, luckily not bad whilst driving but when I'm eating or truning key's in the lock orv naything really, my wrist hurts.

    It is still sore today so sadly I will not be at the gym today as I don't want to make it worse basically.

    I did a lot of sets on the curl bar and dumbells yesterday at the gym.



    It still feels sore though, ''OW my wrist - it hurts. (as I typed just now, this very second on keyboard I may have flexed my wrist and felt pain )

    Shall I go to hospital, A&E or do nothing ?

    Correct, but there is always a cause to pain, considering the pain I feel from my wrist the cause might be bad

    Good idea actually. I'll try that first and see how it feels afterward

    I remember going ice skating when I was a kid , I fell and hurt myself badly, mainly my wrist. Ice helped then if I remember correctly

    How the hell did you not think to put ice on it?

    Have you never ever done sports before?

    I sometimes wonder why we let people with this lack of intelligence drive.... you wouldn't know what to do if your car set on fire....
