Don't really understand the question here but I'm assuming that its "why do we need a transport system for multi cellular organisms?"
If that is the question then, this is my answer:
Transport systems are required because such multi cellular organisms are common to have a small surface area to volume ratio. As a result, they cannot absorb molecules such as O2 or glucose in the same way that unicellular organisms can. Hence, they require a different means of transporting molecules to and away from cells.
