    I don't think you can correct the orientation once it's been uploaded.

    You can use parts.

    All your answers are correct.

    Note:

    \frac{1}{4}\cosh 2x = \frac{1}{2}\cosh^2x-\frac{1}{4}= \frac{1}{2}\sinh^2x+\frac{1}{4}

    So, they only differ by a constant, which is taken up in the constant of integration and the constant of integration will be different between your variouis answers.
