I have achieved 4 As in my AS' in Maths , F maths ,Chem and Econ. I dropped further maths and have my mind set on studying chemical engineering at imperial. However i have had a change of heart and decided i want to go to medical school. I am fully aware that the medical school deadline passed a month ago, However i was wondering whether i could get into medical school on results day with good grades (Im predicted 2 A*s and an A and im quite confident i can achieve that). Also, if i am to apply during a gap year for 2017 , what are my odds of being accepted to medical school considering i will not have studied biology passed GCSE level where i got an A, but i would have achieved my predicted grades of A*A*A, or worst case scenario A*AB? Also, is it possible to apply for chemical engineering if i fail to get into medical school during my gap year or will i have to wait for clearing?i have also decided to still apply for chemical engineering as i feel its a good idea to get offers because i dont know how i will feel come august, but im pretty certain i want to study medicine
