Hi, I have a biology ISA tomorrow and one of the practice questions I can't do is "Explain why you chose your hypothesis".

MY hypothesis is As the amount of mass held in the dominant hand/arm increases, the sooner the muscles become fatigued.

The hypothesis that the teacher gave was "As the intensity of the exercise increases, muscles become fatigued sooner"

So how do I explain MY hypothesis???

you should try to explain the science behind fatigue such as how in lesson you were taught about aerobic and anaerobic respiration and that you understand that fatigue is a result of lactic acid build up. using this knowledge you were able to come up with a relevant hypothesis to test the information you already know.
