Hello everyone,
Before 8 days- on 03/11/2015 King's College asked me to provide predicted grades and academic referenc through a verifiable academic email within 7 days. However, they told me that if I have any queries and problems with the deadline I should write them back. As my referee has successfully submited my reference to UCAS when I applied, I was wondering what exactly did they want me to provide. So I asked them on 05/11/2015 but they answered me after the deadline on 11/11/2015. Nevertheless, my predicted grades were sent to King's college on 06/11/2015 and after I receieved an answer about the reference I contacted my school and they successfully sent my reference on the day that King's responded to my query. You can imagine my surprise when in the following evening I saw that King's College have messaged me saying that my application was unsuccessfull because the information hasn't been sent through verifiable email(which is not true because it was sent via the email of my school) and that I have missed the deadline(which is true about the reference, but this was due to their delaied respond). I am from Bulgaria. Please tell me what should I do?

I would suggest writing to them explaining what had happened and keep a record (receipt) of when you sent the letter also. P.S. You'll love King's if you study here
