    So here is the situation:
My family are on benefits and we live in a private rental. If I move out for university. This house won't be here to come back to. I don't have any long distant family or anyone to help me with the costs, it'd be completely down to me. (and loans/bursaries) etc.
    1. Is it selfish to want to move out?
    2. How hard is it to live alone without any help?
    3. How are student digs and housing?
    3. Is moving away for university a good choice?

I want to know what the reality of living alone at university is. I'm doing my applications and I don't want to miss out on an opportunity.
