# Complex numbers watch

1. the complex number z and 2-i are represented in the complex plane by the points Z and C respectively.Z moves so that 3<|z-2+i|<4.Indicate the region of the plane to which Z is restricted
2. You know that |z-z1|=r^2 is a circle with centre z1 and radius r.
What would |z-z1|<r^2 look like? What about |z-z1|>r^2? How can you use that in your question?
