    Why would it be a waste if you hate your nose as it is? They can't make it worse can they?

    Well that's my point. I think it's a waste of time because I wouldn't want one, but if you want one then there's no reason why you can't have one

    I'm pretty happy with everything but my nose, so it seems a shame not to fix this if the option is there via a top clinic.

    If you want to have a nose job then I would deffinitely suggest doing your research and finding the best person in your area. This is a huge step and you don't really want to skim on the skill of the surgeon or the safety of the anaesthetist.

    I have heard that Harley Medical Group are well respected for plastic surgery, so I may see them soon.
