I don't think there's anything wrong with that, having one good friend is much better than having lots of average friends in my opinion. I didn't have many friends in high school, and the ones I did have, I stopped being friends with in college, because I realised that they weren't worth being friends with (for various reasons). I still have one true friend, and that's all I need

Better to have one really good friend than lots of fakes who pretend to be your friend then talk **** behind your back.
