What is the meaning of thermal equilibrium?
What is the meaning of electric field?
Electric Current? Electromagnetic field?
Refractive Index? Cathode Ray? Natural Frequency?

For thermal equilibrium, I define it as; no net transfer of heat energy between two regions, there is no temperature difference between the two regions.

Note: I do OCR physics A, so it could be different for you / your exam board
