New fwb, bedroom performance issues. watch

To be brief, I met a beautiful new girl a few days ago. We ended up getting friendly and intimate, slept together

Yesterday evening we met again and I had real bad performance issues in terms of getting hard. It was very awkward and I explained myself, I am 25 and have been with a lot of women and watch a lot of porn. It is a shame, she is beautiful but I have to say that fwb arrangement is over.

She then complained about the first time when I took a long while to ejaculate.

Overall, it was just a pretty **** situation because she was questioning whether it was her, it was not, it was me...

How the hell do I get help without needing viagra?

It was too awkward, very awkward. She was questioning whether it was her and when I said "It is not you, it's me" it made things worse. She was trying hard to get things going but it made things worse. I could not sleep all night, this has only ever happened to me once before.

She is going back to Italy (she is half Brit, half Italian) soon, it sucks.

I swear that porn is problematic for these guys who watch loads and loads of it. Not being able to function in real life sounds like really dysfunctional psychological issues with sex.

Have you spoken to anyone clinical in a therapeutic setting?
