Would you say that you have an accent? Not really
Do you believe that other people have accents? Yes
Do you like the way you speak? Only when I'm sober
Is the way you speak similar to the majority of people where you live? Yes, although I seem to be more concious of speaking properly

As a little note, for the accents that I put incomprehensible by, I am assuming the stereotypical accent is meant. Of course I can understand weaker versions of the accent but as I say I am going by what I perceive you to mean by those specific accents as they take in quite a broad range of speech.

What are your first impressions of an RP speaker? Southern, well-off, public school.

I don't hear that many accents as far as I'm aware, maybe I'm just not taking in that they're speaking with a different accent..

Some researchers have drawn up a league table of accents. The results are, from the most favoured to the least favoured:
RP and Modified RP

What would be your league table of accents? Scouse, Mancunian, Estuary, ..., RP.

It's a shame there's so many people with negative impressions of those with a scouse accent, generalising them to be uneducated and airheads. Ah well, I'm no better with my bad impressions of those with RP accents.

Note: Where I live my accent is considered to be a cross between Scouse and Woolyback (due to the fact I lived in a typically Scouse area but went to school in a typically Woolyback area). However, outside of Merseyside most people consider my accent to be Scouse.
