He's not leading though. He's leading the opposition who are not really doing anything. Corbyn has absolutely no power because the MP's in Labour are against him. He's a red herring that will never lead the country, simple as that.

Absolutely true, however there are plenty of people who believe this man genuinely stands a chance of acquiring that position. He may have no power but by attempting to run for PM, he is still allowing the more deluded socialists amongst us to believe that what he stands for is relevant. They will still go out and protest, deliver leaflets, knock on my door, etc. and ultimately, it's just ridiculously irritating and is something those of us with sense would rather live without!

They also ignore the apparent lack of principles and regular going back on things, or merely dismiss such things are right wing media disinformation or some such.
It is impossible for Tory voters to defect to Corbyn and impossible for UKIP voters to defect to Corbyn. How can a pro uncontrolled mass immigration, pro Islam, pro uncontrolled welfare bill, anti trident, pro mass-borrowing and growing deficit, anti defence, pro unions, pro socialism economic structure ect. possibly win the hearts of anyone centre - far right on the political spectrum which makes up over 75% of the population?

And then YouGov put Corbyn at -22% and Cameron -6. We're less than 6 months away from a more meaningful measure, where we watch Labour lose Scotland (where they only just poll ahead of the Tories these days), council seats, and PCCs

I guess, just in case people we're being a bit slow, the Independent is no longer so independent, they seem to be blowing Corbyn whenever they get the chance, they're worse than the mirror now

They supported tories last election. Not bought a copy since.
I love Corbyn as an individual. Think he will take it in 2020.

Except they didn't...
For a change they made an endorsement, but it was for the coalition and primarily the Lib Dems

And who was the major partner of that coalition? Oh yes, the tories.
I don't remember seeing 'coalition' on the voting sheet.
They endorsed a Conservative led government.
Right wing rag.

Corbyn popular lol with who?

Sits on the opposition bench doing nothing, can't even convince his own MPs to veto legislation and has absolutely no public support.

He's popular to the same bunch of middle class luvies who thought Ed Miliband would win
It's easy to be thought of as a good leader when you're not actually required to be doing any leading.

And a sitting PM will always be unpopular, he's the focal point of everything bad that happens.

Beyond that, the polls before the last election proved so accurate it's a wonder anybody even bothers caring.
Corbyn won't be labour leader for the next general election anyway.

Labour doesn't know how to get rid of leaders. They'll stay too timid. Regardless, for the right of the party a few crushing defeats under him probably helps their cause.

Tory votes + UKIP voters won't vote for Corbyn. In their minds they believe in trickle down economics. Let R Kelly tell you about trickle down!

If labour don't win in London he'll be gone. If they do he'll be given another year at least.

Victory in London might just rejuvenate the party.

Labour can not win unless Corbyn shows his dark side and drop out his ******* views on terriorism.

Having said this, Labour could have an increased majority but no, they can't win. I regret voting for conseratives but as soon as Corbyn stop acting like a **** and behave as a Leader, then yes Labour will succeed.
