Many of my mates have...silly names like billy and betsie and peggie..

My mate's number plate ends with EFE so he calls his car "the ef-fie" :tongue:

dunno about names. easier just to say the motor or car or wheels or something.

I never got the name your car thing either...

My BGT V8 is either called "The B" or "The V8"
My Rover P6 V8-S is known as "the rover" or more affectionately as "the wreck"
and my latest car a 4 cylinder MGB GT has been dubbed "Nerd" by a few of my friends. I think it has something to do with the registration number...

You have to name it! Im not sure why, you just do..... Most of my friends give theirs slightly obscure, geeky-but-cool names....I know a alfie, oscar, willard, jonte, and my own personal favourite Greggus

has to be an old fashioned ladies name if you are gonna name it.

Personally, I've never bothered. The nearest I got was calling my old Hyundai "The vewwy good moto-cah" (said in an oriental accent)

i love naming things... my guitar has a name, my phone has a name! so yeah! name ur car!!!
give it a name so ridiculous that only you can pronounce it... then tell people they have to call her by her name... thenu can yell at em when they dont say it right :P
