yesssss please i almost asked in the reply, but thought it was wishful thinking (i thought it would be too lucky to find a swap like that). i don't need much, jus a couple of philsophers for soft determinism (i know skinner is hard) and if you could explain internal and external causes.

    Philosophers include Rene Descartes and
    Jean-Paul Sartre

Factors over which we have no control i.e. external and internal causes; some approaches tend to see the source of determinism as being outside the individual which is known as "environmental determinism" (behaviourism and its reinforcements etc) others propose the source of determinism comes from inside someone such as in the form of unconscious motivation or genes.

Let me know if that's what you were looking for and if you need anything else.

DAMN SERVER! i posted that b4 i read your reply, i didn't know you meant skinner and that lot i thought you meant actual philosophers, do you want info on William James and stuff? I have two textbooks, notes, revision guides and psychology articles on this so will probably be able to find what you're looking for if that's not it.
