Hi all,We have two spare rooms for next year situated in a great location just outside of the university. Currently living in this 5 bedroom house are all Second Year university students with two on placement next year, hence the spare rooms. The house, situated on Lark Rise, is as great as you'll find on the student house market. The rent is £400 a month per person excluding bills which is fairly expensive but well worth it.
