Why are white countries nicer than non - white countries?

I think it's safe to say that most white countries (US, UK, European countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc.) are nicer than most non - white countries (China, countries in Africa, countries in South America, countries in middle east and Asia etc.) in terms of less violence / crime and a higher standard of living. So why is this?

If you count friendliness the same as being nice, you are wrong.

I'm not quite sure about the methodology used,I don't have the time to check it over either.

Ya Vol Mein Fuhrer....
Literally today in the US a man shot a waitress in the head because she asked him to put out his cigarette. In what way is America not violent.

Yeah there's a lot of crazy people there, but the US still probably has the best standard of living in the world

We only know how violent places are by how the media portray them, true some cities in the middle east are in complete shambles at the moment but so are many American cities i.e. trouble with poverty, gangs, murders etc... Which do you see covering the news everyday?

I'd have said Sweden, Germany or Switzerland

I'd disagree... gun crime, high high racial discrimination, less freedom of choice re: abortion, contraception etc. than the UK and most/all of Europe, ****ty healthcare system, awful food quality (additives, mass antibiotic use in animal feeds/farms, high salt/fat/sugar content in a lot of things), dodgy education depending where you are (abstinence instead of sex ed, trying to ban the teaching of evolution??)...

You've cherry picked the nice Asian countries. The not - so - nice ones (Phillipines, Vietnam, Thailand for example) exceed the nice ones

Here's a list of HDI rankings from 2011 by country. - http://www.nationsonline.org/oneworld/human_development.htm

Here's one of relative crime rates, not sure how it was calculated, I'm assuming its some sort of weighted average.
http://www.numbeo.com/crime/rankings_by_country.jsp

Interestingly. The UAE and Qatar are ranked quite low in relative crime rates. Though the countries themselves are quite totalitarian. Literally the other day the chief economist of the UAE went 'missing' for criticizing the government.
Though this disparity is most likely due to the methodology of the study.
The white man stole their resources and put them in slavery and still they are exploiting them today.
white people are the most socially, technologically, economically advanced race in the world.
