    THIS is the kind of non-white immigrants that Labourites are encouraging to come here, and the Labourites demand that whites be tolerant to THEM.

    That's because minorities tend to have a healthier viewpoint of their divine, "natural law" right to be racist for their own people. We Whites should too.

    He said there may be a case for creating a system of undercover officers working within the police to root out racism.

    One recruit told investigators he had experienced "stealth racism", something he described as prejudice from an officer who knew how to avoid breaking the law.

    "Either huge numbers of racists were getting through before screening was introduced, or the screening process itself is seriously flawed."

    The service was heavily dominated by a macho "bar culture" which excluded recruits from minority communities who did not drink, the report said.

    Among the most damning findings were that ethnic minority officers felt they were bullied by white instructors during their probationary training.

    One trainee said one instructor at a police training college told his class: "You've done the diversity. That's a load of b***s. Now let's get on with the real stuff."

    This article seems to completely ignor the amount of institutional racism which is already present amoungst white members of the police force. By comparison the problems described in this article are minimal

    Why are you downplaying anti-white racism randdom? And why did you bring up the police force, in an obvious way of saying "these other guys do the same thing so what the first group does is justified"?

    Isn't the article you printed the link to about the police force this is why I bought it up. The reason I am downplaying anti-white racism is because the article you have printed gives way to much importance to it. The fact of the matter is that the majority of racism in the Police force is from white people towards non-white people. I admit that the reverse it a problem that needs to be tackled but it is no where near as much or a problem is the racism that some white police officers have.

    Police checks show that non-whites are more likely to hold racist views than white people.

    The British Crime Survey shows that the majority of racist attacks are committed against white people.

    Yet we are still fed this bullsh*t that it is us white people who are 'institutionally racist' or 'stealth racists'.
