Yeah it's probably nicest place by far. IQ Kopa is fully booked, so no point in trying.
It's private halls so you only get e-mails when you book and then the room number etc when you pay your deposit... Private halls have many benefits, because if something bad happens (worst scenario) it doesn't go onto your university record. (Not saying i'm a trouble maker or anything)

The rooms let directly by iQ Kopa are the deluxe rooms - category B & C I believe they call them. All the standard rooms are leased to UCLan and allocated with all our other rooms. The application process opens on Monday 18th April so no rooms are allocated yet

Without wanting to focus on such things I feel it would be appropriate to say that Students are expected to abide by the Regulations for the Conduct of Students at all times and the University retains the right to invoke disciplinary proceedings against any student alleged to have been involved in a breach of those Regulations, whether that alleged misconduct took place on University or private premises.

The uni can get involved in anything really...
This is a worst case scenario but you could be kicked out if another student makes a complaint about you that was serious, doesn't matter if it happened in town on a night out or on uni premises.
Foundry is nice though

Hello. I am kinda worried about not getting a room in any private halls as they are all fully booked. Does anybody know when the UCLan application for uni halls open??

The application for uni halls has already been open since last week. you need to go to: https://accommodation.uclan.ac.uk/eaccom/login/register.jsp
and register yourself there. Its pretty straightforward after that.

Thank you! Unfortunately I havent received my admission letter yet. Maybe the procedure is longer for erasmus students.
