What exam boards are you doing for each subject?

I know York Notes do some for English Literature, as well as Oxford Literature Companions however OLC is only for the old Gcse.

Cambridge University Press: GCSE English Literature for AQA
AQA GCSE 9-1 Combined Science Trilogy Book
Maths CGP 9-1 Revision Guide

These are quite expensive but these do go into more detail than other guides.

For all of them.
Some of the specifications haven't even been approved yet (e.g. RS) so revision guides won't have been published. You really don't need to start worrying about revision guides in Year 9, leave it a while.

I'm not in year 9, I'm in year 10 so first year doing these specifications...
If you are in year ten then the only GCSE using new specifications are English language, English literature and maths. I don't know much about English but there are loads of adequate maths revision books already, including some from CGP and more choices due in the new year.
