English Alvin Hall - Jamies dream School Coursework help

Hi, I am redoing my Controlled Assessment on the question,
'Explain how successfully Alvin Hall and Cherie Booth use spoken language to engage the students at Jamie's Dream School'
I am wondering how i could be able to get an A/A* on this and therefore, has anyone got ideas as to what i should include in it.
Last time i did this, I got a grade D and so can anyone help please?
