Hi, does anyone have their notes on Discourse that I could get? I still don't understand this framework and my mock is coming up

Discourse is all to do with written or spoken language that refers to a social context.

An example of this is political correctness, satirical jokes on the government like those cartoons you see in the back of newspapers.

Oh just like personal opinions based on your language studies such as "how does this speaker/writer use language to present their ideas about British RP" or something or other.

In this sense, it's all to do with how language is used in a social context.
