I am really worried as ive been stopped for the second time for fare evasion within a month. The ticket was worth 4.90 what is the likelihood of prosecution as this is my second offence. I haven't even received a fine for my first offence

The first time i brought a ticket but lost it and the second time i genuinely completely forgot due to being rushed

For £10 in train tickets it'd cost them more to prosecute you so I think your ok

how do you get inside without one?
... well i mean i know if you get on the bus without an oyster it's £40 if you're caught (when the oyster checkers come on)
but idk for a train :/
