2:1 degree - is GPA looked at or the overall degree?
Hi everybody,
I'm a Canadian uni student who is planning on applying to UK medical schools in the next cycle. At the time of application, I should have a 83%/3.5 GPA - from my research so far, that's a 2:1 degree for most schools.
My question is do schools just look to see if you have the 2:1 degree or do they look at your overall average as well when evaluating your application (ex. X and Y both have 2:1 degrees but X has a 3.7 and Y has a 3.5)?
