I had completely fallen for him. If he wasn't with me I missed him and I enjoyed his company so much. He made me laugh and we clicked with each other so well. Sexually things were great aswell. And then his ex starts texting him again and he decides to leave me for her I'm so heartbroken and can't cope. He was everything I wanted in a guy and we were practically perfect. He was my first bf aswell, it's not like getting guys is easy for me. I'm feeling so down right now, everything in my life always seems to go wrong :'(

*sends virtual hug* It's so easy to believe that someone is perfect, until they aren't anymore. I would focus on interacting with your friends now, talking to them, or even family members. Surround yourself with people that will help you get over this difficult period in time. <3

This could have happened to anyone, do not take it personally, just make sure you don't get back with him considering he clearly cares about his ex.

You'll get over it as time goes on.

Don't let that stop you from finding love in the future.

Just focus on the important things in life.

I always say that you can't control what other people do, you can only control your own actions and your own thoughts. And here is what you have to do:

- accept and come to terms with the reality of the situation
- do not contact him at all, do not check up on his social media
- actively pursue your hobbies and interests
- if you're a student, study hard and make sure you stay on top of that, you don't want your progress to suffer as a result of this

You're heartbroken, I accept that and I understand it. But you CAN cope!! You can do it. You'll have to temporarily put up with this heartbreak (it's unavoidable) but you have to make sure your life doesn't come to a halt. You have to be productive in your work or studies, and try to get involved in fun activities and hobbies, including socialising with friends and family. I'm sure you've heard it all before, but there's a reason why people always repeat the same advice over and over again, that's because it works. It'll be so tough, but you can get through it, maybe your friends and family can help you, just maybe.

This is just a minor setback, as an outsider I can tell you that it is possible to move on. It's not going to be easy at first but it gets easier bit by bit.

Awh, I'm sorry. I have decided to leave my past behind, so if I owe you money, I'm SORRY, but I've moved on. So should you

Don't let your happiness depend on him. Go out, try new things, hang out with friends. The only way to deal with this situation is to move on. Even if he wanted you back, I wouldn't let him. If he couldn't value you before leaving , he most likely won't afterwards. If he were to come back, it's probably just because he can't find anyone else, not necessarily because he loves you.

If it helps, what comes around goes around.
