    Is this sufficient for 3 marks?

    You can use this equation to calculate any energy level you want to, and hence the difference between any two energy levels. When you convert eV difference into electromagnetic frequency (remember that hf = Ei – Ek = photon energy), then you can predict where any spectral line of hydrogen is located.

    might be misinterpreted by the examiner... maybe explain that n is constrained to be a whole number and mention something about quanta or steps.
