In what sense? I think it only counts if it's fluent, not about 10 words like "hola" or "agua de mineral" in Spanish.

I can definitely speak English. I've learned German and French but I'm re-learning German, and I haven't practiced French in years.
Also, I'm learning Japanese and contemplating learning C# as well...

Speak 2 fluently, 1 very well, 1 at A level standard, and 1 to a very basic, conversational level. But I can read/write all of them fluently.
A bit of French and Spanish but I'd like to be more fluent in them.
