The actual murderer doesn't always go to prison, in some cases an innocent person gets charger as guilty. You can't ever have 100% proof because a confession can be made due to lots of different reasons. Unless the murder was caught on clear footage.

Mass murders, terrorists and child rapists have absolutely no place in society. Nor should those convicted of such crimes deserve public money to keep them alive in a prison for the rest of their lives.
