Dot product.
(-1,3,4)=s=(s.w1' )w1'+(s.w2' )w2'+(s.w3' )w3', where w1'=w1/|w1| etc

it made sense to me, but now I cant get it to work lol. Ok fixed now.

or s = (s.w1/|w1|^2)w1 + (s.w2/|w2|^2)w2 +...
in this case (-1, 3, 4) = (1,1,0)+4(-0.5,0.5,1)
