I am from Brazil. I have been living in London since Feb 2012, I have a visa which says "Residence card of a family member of an EEA National" since Feb 2013. My mother has Italian citizenship.
I am applying to uni this year to enter in Sep 2016.
Can anyone tell if I would be eligible for student finances or not?

You probably will be, since student finance is based on residence rather than nationality. You need to have been living in the UK, but not purely for education purposes, for a minimum of three years. This would appear to be your case but there are lots of ifs and buts with student finance so you would probably stand a better chance of getting a reliable answer if you post on the student finance forum. Your post is currently on the foreign languages forum which could limit replies.
