We don't need jobs, we're freaks!

This is an example of you getting old @Gone Revising II.

@Gone Revising would have got f***ing on it. But 'II' is too old.
'Doesn't do Halloween'.

7 days out from last three exams ever (hopefully)

Also, I still enjoy both drinking and dressing up, so its unfortunate that I've had to sacrifice the pageantry of halloween.

Always have a fancy dress theme for my birthday though.

I suppose that my workout routine structure does look like I use a D12 to decide what to do.

Good luck!

Tbh, not a huge fan of 'dressing up' in that sense.

I do like 3 piece suiting it though, might do so for my 21st.
I enjoy smart casual on occasion also.

Drinking is ok but i prefer ket  (not srs)

Cheers, and that was fun until I wore my 3 peice to work for months.

Bench, 40kg 3, 60kg 2, 80kg 2, 100kg 1, 115kg 1, 122.5kg 1, 127.5kg 1 PB
TnG Bench, 110kg 8, 100kg 12
TnG Incline Bench, 40kg 6, 60kg 6, 80kg 6, 90kg 6, 60kg 15

Tricep Pushdown, 12 12 12 12
Rotator Cuff Triset, 10 10 10

Squat, 60kg 3, 80kg 3, 100kg 3, 120kg 3, 140kg 3, 160kg 3 3
High Bar Beltless Paused Squat, 140kg 2 2 2
Squat, 120kg 8 8

Dead Stop Strict Press, 70kg 5 5

Good session. Bench moved pretty nicely, inspite of instability and poor setup. Significantly more there soon.

Finished my session, then had an hour to kill, so carried on and hit some squats. Put the belt on for the first set of squat/dead since the back incident and conservatively hit a couple of triples, not true high bar but not my usual low bar. Finished up with two sets of strict, the weight was left loaded on a bar.
Congrats on the bench. Strong.

Thank you

Just got back from a morning gym session to teach a good friend (and decent runner) the ways of the barbell.

Smashed out the big 5 (squat, press, deadlift, bench, row), and showed him front squats, push press, paused squats, dumbell rows, incline.

90 minutes well spent. Will go back later to smash back.
How you don't over train I'll never know

I'm catching your bench, your PBs will be mine

lol, maybe I am overtrained and next Summer, I'll go on holiday, then come back and unleash all of the rested gains.

I encourage you to chase me, but don't expect me to stand still.

Deadlift, 50kg 3, 90kg 3, 130kg 3, 160kg 2, 170kg 1, 180kg 1, 190kg 1
Beltless Deadlift, 160kg 5 5
Pendlay Row, 90kg 5

Underhand Pulldown, 12 12 12 12
Straight Arm Pushdown, 15 15 15
Machine Row, 20 20 20
DB Row, 28kg 15

Quick session as have places to be. Put the belt on for the deadlift again and tentatively worked up to a sub max single. Got to rep 200 again in the comp in a few weeks. Pendlay row I went straight into the work set, as I offered someone my bar.

Then lots of barely-any-rest back stuff. It was funny hitting DB last; mind muscle connection was strong after the previous machine rows. #bro

75 minutes 4-a-side rush keeper

It was played really seriously and that meant a lot of running, good game though.

Huge squat.

Thanks.

The singles not my best ever, but the most since the back incident the other weekend and felt pretty good,

I'll probably hit triples again next session, then might push the single higher.
