    The function f is given by:

    1/(x^2 - 1) where x > 1

    a) Find the range of f

    The function g is given by:

    2/x where x >0

    b) Solve gf(x) = 70

    I need help on these two questions. How would you go about doing these?

    a)
    Domain = X values
    Range = Y values

    b)
    f(x)=1/(x^2 - 1)
    g(x)=2/x
    gf(x) = 70

    Therefore:
    gf(x)=2/(1/(x^2 - 1)) = 70
    2x^2 - 2 = 70 therefore rearrange to get x^2:
    x^2=36
    x= -6 & +6
