UCAS Application on 'HOLD'?

So I've applied to the Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic Science course at DMU. I've pretty much met the entry requirements except for one grade . But they emailed me saying my application is currently on 'Hold' what does this mean?!
& is it something to worry about? :frown::no::confused:

It doesn't really mean anything. There's no ucas option for "on hold". All it means is that the uni hasn't made a decision on your application yet - which you already knew because you hadn't got an offer or rejection.
